fellowship

We seek to build relationships through small groups which always have an open door. So come on in, and experience the love of God through our relationships with one another. We also seek to deepen our faith through fellowship activities – be it Coffee Fellowship every Sunday right after our service, a dinner together, playing Quiddler, or more.  A few of our fellowship opportunities are listed below.  You may find that some mix of these will lead you to a richer, deeper, life-centering faith, with God's grace. Together, we will strive to love the Lord with all our hearts, and with all our soul, with all our minds, and with all our strength (from Mark 12:30).

  

OWLS


Though we are called Older, Wiser, Livelier, Seniors, all are welcome. Folks gather at 11:30 am, we eat a home cooked meal at noon, have an activity beginning about 1:00 pm and close our fellowship together by 2:00 pm.  Lunch is $5.00 per person. Regardless of your age, if you are available come join us on the third Wednesday of the month. We have an exciting variety of programs throughout the year.


BOOK CLUB     


Book Club reads and talks about books based on an agreed-upon reading list. Members take turns selecting a book each month.  The group promotes a love of literature in a positive and nurturing environment.  The group meets in the afternoon on the fourth Wednesday of the month.  Book Club is often more social than literary. The book is just a great excuse to get together.

  

DINE WITH NINE


Activities have included visiting a working dairy, an art gallery, a museum, a genealogy library, a baseball game, the Clydesdales’ farm; a boat ride, a musical show, a fish fry; having a bunko night or game night and many more.   Of course, we also always eat - whether it is snacking or eating at a local restaurant. We are living BRPC's motto:  Building Relationships with People in Christ.

  

QUIDDLER


Quiddler meets on the third Friday evening each month to play a word game with cards.  The evening usually starts with snacks and then one to two hours are spent playing the game.  It's easy to learn and very enjoyable.
